Degreaser KH
Degreaser KH represents himself low-temperature the ungreasing composition, intended for removing light and heavy contamination since surfaces black and non-ferrous metals by machine way.

The drug treats to low-foaming compositions and represents itself dispersible mixture of organic and inorganic components is not higher than 3-rd class of harm.

It is suitable for all types of painted cameras and galvanic lines at degreasing steeping, jet and electrochemical ways.
Provides improvement of quality, decrease of power consumption and improvement ecological capacities of the process of preparation to metal surfaces .


1. A scope.

OPERABILITY:
- for degreasing all kinds of metals;
- for removal of pollution of a various nature and a consistence;
- for various ways of processing of a surface of metals.

PROVIDES:
- effective removal of all types emulsions, LSS, industrial oils, conservated greasing's and polishing pastes from a surface black and nonferrous metals at low temperature (14-25°C).

* Concentration of degreaser is selected on type and size of pollution.
 ** Duration of processing may be corrected on a degree greasiness surfaces of metal.
*** The charge of degreaser is caused exclusively by ablation of washing solution.


3. Features of use.

For preparation of a working solution water water (pH = 6-7). At presence on a surface of metal of heavy pollution is used or preservation greasing's the temperature of washing solution should be increased, being based on experimentally established fact of increase of washing action on 9% at rise in temperature on 2°C(for industrial oils).

The drug may be applied at temperature up to 45°C. The working solute of a preparation does not lose the properties after freezing and defreezing. His service life is increased in 3-4 times in comparison with similar alkaline preparations due to his increase oil-absorption power.

Degreaser KH it is suitable for traditionally used equipment of processing of a surface of metal jet or other methods. It is necessary to provide drying of the details skim and washed out by water. For amplification of washing action in washing solution add NaOH (caustic natrum) in the quantity equal to amount entered of degreaser KH.
For nonferrous metals in a working solute in addition enter the modifier, the type and which concentration are given in the technological instruction on application of a preparation.

Updating of a working solution make on size general alkalinity or way having added in a bath of a ready solution.
